Is it Graves orbitopathy?

Graves’ orbitopathy, is a rare and potentially sight-threatening ocular disease that sometimes occurs in patients with euthyroid or hypothyroid chronic autoimmune thyroiditis. We relate a case of a man with 53 years that have diabetes and hipertension and regular clinical exams with endocrinologist and oftalmologist.
